LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Elders in each community possess range of experiences in both public and private sectors. Traditionally, elders strive to make sure that future is safeguarded, and they do this by supporting community leadership so that youth don't jetison right values. Through consistent engagement with youth, knowledge and skills are passed on from generation to generation. It is in our mission that elders are given the opportunity to encourage both community's leaders and the youth.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
AND ADVOCACY
A community outreach and advocacy group is an ear to listen to those who seek help as it is a voice, if human rights violation occur anywhere in East Africa.
In addition, individuals, who have benefited form using community based support, are being encouraged to share their success stories with the wider community.

Diaspo Devsonet is the right venue for youth to interact and share experiences and opinions in a friendly and honest atmosphere. In addition to social events, regular discussions and workships are perfect ingredients as far as youth contribution to social cohesion is concerned.
